Joe Biden's new hat is definitely trying to troll Donald Trump

Over the weekend, Joe Biden was finally named Vice President-Elect. As of Jan. 20, 2021, Biden will be the 46th president of the United States. As you can probably imagine, the Biden family was pretty happy with the result. Naomi Biden, one of the President-Elect's granddaughters, took to social media to share a photograph of the family celebrating the result.

Future First Lady Dr. Jill Biden also took to social media to celebrate the news. Jill Biden shared a photograph of her and Joe on Twitter. Jill was covering up the word "Vice" on a yard sign so that the sign instead read "Dr. & President Biden Live Here."

But social media users also noticed a subtle jab at President Donald Trump in the photograph. Joe Biden's hat reads "WE JUST DID. 46." 

Of course, the "46" is self-explanatory, but social media users think that the rest of the hat is a playful jab at President Trump's "Make America Great Again" hats.

TikTok user Shonagh Forbes pointed out the meaning behind Joe's hat in a post that has since gone viral, with over 2.8 million likes.

Twitter also seemed to get the idea behind the hat.

"I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE BIDEN’S HAT IS IN RESPONSE TO THE MAGA HAT LMFAOOOO," one user wrote.
